We believe Agile simulations can be more engaging than just playing Lego. Our contribution to the community is to support agile awareness, by educating people to build the collaborative environment which is the goal of any agile transformation.

Try to build something real with your Teams:

  • Development: Engage with Scrum teams (2)
  • DevOps: Promote a cultural change in the organization
  • Service Desk: Understand customer support
  • Delivery: Simulate business outcome
  • Client: Simulate client's relationship
  • Business: Understand how multiple layers of the organization work

  Create a Momentum

Playing a game together, helps reducing communication barriers and building mutual trust. When the game is over, the gravity you're able to create remain. You'll be able to trigger interest, and build a relationship with the Team that may open the door to other opportunities.

Who's the target Audience?
Ideally the Game Admin is an Agile Coach, a Scrum Master or an Account Manager, trying to promote the agile transformation with their client.
This game can also be played internally to raise agile awareness, reduce time to adoption, and learn how to respond to changes in a more agile way.
